Premier will run again
Premier Gordon Campbell has told "The Province" newspaper he will run again in the next provincial election. He says he's enjoying the job and wants another go at it in the election that will be held in 2009. Campbell says he'd like to be premier during the 2010 Winter Olympics. If he manages to win, he will be the most durable premier in 25 years. The last premier to hang on for three terms in BC was Socred Bill Bennett back in the seventies and eighties.
