I still wanna know how they got those stats.. just as likely to crash as drunk driver? helllll no. The people they tested during crashes probably just happened to have THC left over in their bloodstream.. it stays in there for a couple weeks. They simply can't prove you were actually stoned during the crash. Nobody is going to admit they were stoned either. So the whole thing is bullshit.
