a bump of k is nice once in a blue moon, it IS addictive tho, so thats why i usualy only do it on Rare occasion (shanbhala : P).

Things do change rather quickly!
I mean when people decide to quit them completely and have the true want to do so and the will to do so then with any luck they can get through the worst parts and be done with it. It happend to me with smoking and i was addicted to some bad drugfs witch ive been off for 2 1/2 years, i just decided it was time to stop. Then i did others here and there but i mean the last drug i did was smoke pot and that was october, I had already gotten over the rest. Quitting drugs does just happen:)
