large room for rent oct. 1 - $535
found out that i can move into my new place on oct. 1st instead of nov. 1st so i need someone to take my room at the end of the month. it's a large bedroom in a 2 bedroom fourth floor apartment near the commercial and broadway area. there's a walk-in closet and a storage room at the end of the closet that i've been using as an office space. large living room with a nice tv, good couch, east-facing patio, high-speed internet & laundry facilities downstairs. there's a great roommate included with the apartment as well (some of you might know toby (dj bias)).

hey! ive been frantically searching all over for an apartment located near the drive for october 1st. I'm an 18 yr old male , I'm into dj'ing and producing,
im clean and like to keep things more organized and im totally chill and respectful and all that jazz. Sorry, i've went through the whole try and describe who i am in one paragraph about 15 times in the past few days but if you'd like to meet me or if i could come view the place that would be rad!
