Section 118 to the right of the stage. I have sat in these seats at GM Place, and they are good. REAL GOOD. You will be able to see the rhinestones on his sunglasses.

PS - You can totally buy those sunglasses at the "Elton John" store in Caesars Palace in Vegas!
