you can find stuff of equal or better quality for a lower price at ikea. try after the christmass season when all the sales are done. still don't think you'll be able to sell it that high...

I believe it is a fair price, however I did put an 'obo' next to it.

I paid $130 plus taxes and it is still in good condition.
