I would prefer a new or in a very good condition phone.
Must come with the original box and everything that was included.
Would like it to have warranty, at least 1GB memory card and a compatible music transmitter.
Unlocked is nice, but will also consider locked offers.

Right off the bat, if you are going to ask $350+, you better have some nice extras to offer :)

i have a brand new 810i for 390 colors are = black or white
also have a 850i for 480 colors are also black or white

what do you have with your 810?
i.e., how big is the memory card, additional accessories, etc

512MB memory card and that's it for additional accessories. besides the headset and typical stuff yo uget.
