NEED a place to rent!

Running out of time!!! and looking to get into Vancity where I can continue my college course at CDI (network administrator). I will be issued a basic living allowence from my sponsers who paid my school tuition (my reliable income) till the end date of my courses... next late spring. My sponsers HRDC will issue me only minimal monthly rent payments (basically the best deal i find), so cheeper is better! Over all I'm a good clean guy with no bad habbits (other than smoking) who respects living in a clean and safe environment. If anyone can seriously help me, It would be greatly appreciated!
