fuck man..i just can't dedicate myslef to dj enuff to justify spending the cash on equiptment and records.
plus i haven't really decided what type(s) of music i like more..its either a toss up between throwing anything funky together (house/breaks/techno with a lil 2step) or drum and bass. even if i decide to just play the funky stuff it would be hard to select the different dsub genres since i love all types of house and breaks, ifd have to have a fat wallet and be very creative with my mixing to pull it off. hmm i really like marky marks, or flaves, styles. they're fuckin party rockers..of course i won't copy them exactly just use em as role models. but my number one dj idols would be either josh the funky1 or dieselboy... p.s kraig you're fuckin hilarious man |

i agree with martin in post #10 (fucking quote doesnt work..)
they can definately lose performance... i used some techs last friday that were absolutely shit. the 33rpm button didnt work, it would only go @ 45! so we had to take out the button and use a safety pin to push the button... and believe it or not, the torque was shitty too... and kraig: funny shit man :P hook me up wit dem babies!!! hella cheaper than techs!! hehe |

^well fuck man, if they techs are treated well and not obviously pissed on like the ones you were using then they'll be fine!
liek no shit, if the 33 rpm button is so bashed that it doesnt work, then obviously they havent been taken care of. sean: if you cant dedicate yourself enough to justify spending the money, then dont bother. tables will set you back enough, but buying all the music you want to own will end your life. its a bottomless money pit. |

i went to long and mcquade the other day
two tech new 12's are 1600 they want payment within 12 months ... 20 percent down... and 17 percent interest... i think so you need almost 400 down payment and your paying about 145 a month for 12 months |
