They're not bad once you get used to them. They're only like 20 cents a bottle in Thailand, so I drank them all the time

Taurine (from taurus = ox, as it was discovered in ox bile) is an acidic chemical substance found in bile - Manufacturers claim that taurine enhances the effects of caffeine, but to date there have been no studies performed to confirm this.

I drank one a day before my workouts when i was in Thai and i ran for ages. IMO it is better then the energy drinks sold here.

Just got another shipment of them!

People have been telling me that they enjoy the effects better but sometimes it's too sweet or syrupy. The solution is to mix it with some orange juice or water. In my opinion it goes down much easier that way!
