Looking for roommates!

Hey everybody - Jeff/Psidream and I are moving into a place on January 1st at Nanaimo/Hastings, and we're looking for 2 roommates.

The top floor is a 3 BR for $1000 + utils with a large kitchen, living room with hardwood floors, etc.

The basement suite is a 1 BR for $500 + utils with a really small bedroom, but the living room could be used as a really large bedroom, and the smaller room as something else..

We need at least 1 person to fill one of the bedrooms upstairs, but if we find 2, then we can take the whole house for $1200 (instead of $1500) - $300+utils each.

If that's the case, Jeff would take the bottom floor, pay a bit more, and everyone else will end up paying less than $300.
