Looking to get a new roomate for the beginning of July.
Large 2 bedroom suite located in beautiful downtown New Westminster. Close to shopping, bus routes, and park. Rent sits at $445 each($890 total) plus half o' the utilities. This gets you heat, hot water, and pool access. Suite is spacious and bright with a nice view in a quiet, well-maintained building, with private parking available.
