The contract is for another year and a half. Im on the 350 daytime minutes with evenings and weekends for 45 bucks. I also have text/call display/call forwarding/ and all that other shit as a bundle pack for $9 extra a month. The phone is the blue nokia bah I dunno the model, here is a pic. Anyways, gimma a shout if ur interested.
