New Roomies Needed for November
ok so we just got a new roomie here, but now he wants to move out with his buddy, which leaves me and my other roomie with a house that has 2 available bedrooms that need to be filled with 2 cool people who are dependable and don't bitch about music being on all the time and can clean up after themselves
if anybody out there fits these requirements and is looking for a house to live in, PM me and I'll let you know what's up... rent is $275 a month if we can find 2 more people $366 a month if only 1 person wants in bills are $66 a month with 2 more people, $100 a month with 1 more person nice location, nice house, me and Nima are pretty cool people as long as you keep your messes cleaned, pay rent and don't act like a psycho like our last few roomies have :) the house is near Kingsway & Knight and is close to downtown Vancouver and about half an hour from Metrotown Mall RSVP ASAP if interested in it

^ what he said... plus lots of progressive house and whatever else we're in the mood to listen to... basically the only stuff we won't listen to is soft rock, country, hardcore, gabber, happy hardcore, well basically just anything that sucks we don't listen to, LoL
does anybody know a good place to put up advertisements for our place? we gotta find at least 1 new roomie before this month is over otherwise we're pretty much screwed...

yeah cuz the rooms are pretty close together and there's nothing more irritating than loud moaning that's not made by someone I'm with LoL
we do kinda wanna keep the house respectful and clean... not a party house or a flop house, there's stuff here that we obviously don't wanna have stolen by some random partier, right? plus we wanna have as few problems between roomies as we can, cuz when u got problems at home, life becomes hard, u know?

looks like Anjew's probably gonna be #1 taker of a room... still looking for one more if anybody else is interested in living in a cheap place that's close to everything worth being close to (and even some stuff that nobody cares about!)
