1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment down town at Richards and Smithe (The Savoy) located 1 block off Robson. Rent is $585 including cable/internet and all utilities. The apartment is on the 25th floor with an east facing view (sunrise is very nice). Amenities in the building include a swiming pool, hot tub, sauna and gym.

I'm actually the one moving out, as far as reference's the best thing would be to come stop by and meet my roomate to make sure you guys would get along. Honestly though he's really easy going, a bit of a clean freak but that's probably a good thing.
