hola, i need some help getting the new boomtown site together

basically i just need someone who can turn my design into a functioning site... nothing fancy, just a couple of pages of info plus i want to include a php bulletin board much like this one. i'll be dealing with the shop portion of the site at a later date, so no e-comm knowledge is neccessary
