2 bedroom suite for rent

20th & Commercial Area (roughly a 5-8 minute walk to broadway skytrain station or a few bus stops.)

Top floor of house, newly painted, lots of light. I believe rent is going for $780 including Hydro. Main floor of house is occupied by myself and a roommate, Ian. We're both pretty easy going people. Pets (such as a cat) are ok. Cigarette smoking outside only. Great view of north shore mountains. This is preferrably for April 1.

That's a really good deal actually. That's around what most 1 bedrooms would cost.
