not much...i definately want an cd/mp3 player, and all the speakers upgraded - maybe a small box with a couple of 10's but i dont have a desire to drive around bothering neighbours, i'm more concerned with having really clean and crisp sound overall.

Would a good deal still be a good deal after the exchange rate?

i want one so bad, as soon as i work at my new job for awhile i'll be getting a 10"(i like the punch 10"s have rather then the bigger subs) a 1000 watt amp, some new 6X9's, 4 inch rounds and tweeters.. i live for DNB on a phat system

No doubt.

As far as sound quality, best i ever heard was Rockford Fosgate 12" subs (ALpine v12 Amp), and clarion head unit, 6x9's ,5x7's and tweets in A pillar In a '90 thunderbird. Lost alot of hearing to that system.

probably would suggest Diamond Audio, Boston(pro series), possibly MBQuart, sorry no Kicker, nice stuff though, Diamond is where its at! and yes i would account for the exchange rate, what is it anyways?
