2 bedrooms in large Kits house only $400!! May 1

We have 2 bedrooms in a very large house in Kits for MAY 1! Rent is only 400$ for EVERYTHING!! this includes, hydro and cable!! The two rooms have their own bathroom, kitchen and small living room! House has a nice front porch and a backyard perfect for the summer! We are 4 males in the house all mid 20s. We are a concert promoter, DJ, UBC Grad Student, and wild South African!

We are ideally looking for 2 friends (females preferred) to take the rooms which are next to each other. We all have good jobs and we are looking for people who have the same, and can keep the place clean. The rooms are not furnished, but the rest of the house is! If you are interested email me asap as rooms at that price in the heart of KITS go fast! Must have a job, but be very outgoing as we like to party a little once work is done!

wow thats a sweet deal to live with such great ppl..even i can afford that. but only if i can just pick things up and move instantly like that.
