also need a roommate for july 1st

hi everyone! just like a lot of other people on fnk, i need a roommate by july 1st. i need someone (prefereably a girl) who wants to live in the surrey/ new west/ burnaby area. rent no more than $400 each. no lease. i need someone who doesnt mind my occasional raving binge (dont worry, i'm not a total sketch), someone responisble, some one who has couches, and possibly a tv, and maybe some dishes. i can get some really tacky couches, if neccessary, but trust me, they are TACKY. i have a kitchen table, a desk, and cutlery, for starters. i have my own car, but i prefer not to be a ride bitch. i've got a lot of the little extra things. i can cook (sort of), and prefer to split grocery bills right down the middle. lemme know if anyones interested, so we can start looking around, and get to know each other.
