Rommate needed!
I'm posting this for a friend!

He's looking for a roommate for July 1

This is in the Burnaby Central Area (walking distance to BCIT/CDIS/very easily transit accessable)

It's the top floor of a new house, and it's two bedrooms. Laundry avaliable in house.

Rent is 450 a month
Utilities (hydro/gas) average 20-50 dollars monthly


Roommate is a guy named Scott, he likes to spin hip hop and produce music and he's a pretty quiet and nice guy (good friend of mine, too)

My brother is looking for a place come august.

He's not a raver, doesn't do drugs.
smokes and drinks occasionally, clean cut, fairly tidy, knows how to cook, and the most responsible guy i know.
that and he works.
