Possibly looking for a roomate

Doom is moving out at the end of august. He has some plans at the moment but they are a bit tenuous... So anybody possibly need a roomate/vacating an apartment/throwing out a really really big cardboard box around then?

Doom makes fairly decent coin and he isn't prone to smearing fecal matter on the walls or torturing pets.

we might be looking for one more roomate for Sept 1st. We live in the Cambie and 26th area. 3 bedroom basement. Rent is $325 + aprox $30 each month for cable and internet..
