2 bedroom place!

Mr. Soma and I are currently looking for places in the downtown/kits area and we're not having a whole lot of luck with 2 bedrooms for sept 1 (bad time to look!)

has anyone given notice on their kickass place? or do you know of any avaliable in your building ? or a friend's?
