It is a HUGE One Bedroom Loft Style Apartment. Main floor has a wrap around kitchen/living room/bathroom. Upper floor consits of a very large bedroom and a master bathroom with jacuzzi tub/seperate shower.

The unit has two seperate decks. First deck on the main floor is great for a bbq - it is covered. The second deck on the top floor is a 'sun deck', very large.

It is an amazing unit. I live downstairs and would move up in a second but cannot afford to do so. It is right on Marine Drive but you would have private covered driveway parking in the back and also access to my parking in the front (one spot).
The neighbours are all generally nice and don`t mind noise.
