WANTED: roommate for november 1st!

i live in a 2 floor house 1 block north of nanaimo & hastings at franklin st., and 2 of my roommates (who are sharing a room) are moving into the apartment next door, so i need someone to take their place.

rent is $360 + utils. we have satellite tv that only costs us like $5 each per month, 1 living room and washroom on each floor, laundry facilities, a kitchen upstairs, etc.

but no one should think that the place is going to be noisy or anything. there's plenty of space and most of the noise comes from downstairs in my studio, which is really only loud downstairs ;)

actually tiff and i aren't really together anymore, and she's joining the roommates from upstairs in the apartment next door.. but she'll be close anyway. everything's on good terms, we just need space *shrug*

no garage, but there is always plenty of space on the street to park.

as far as i can remember, none of my roommates' cars have gotten broken into here, and we've been here just under 2 years.

it's fine. we're all pretty keen on keeping it clean and all that, so it's not gross or anything. granted, it's not like it's a brand new house, and it's in East Van, so it fits that vibe, but i really like it :)
