Room mate wanted for dec 1st.

1 bedroom, half a block walk from metrotown skytrain station.
Laundromat is shared with the rest of the building, but there's 4 washers and 4 dryers and the building isn't that big...

i am occupying the living room and I'm happy with it, so the bedroom's all yours
we have a fairly large balcony, and a storage room of a decent size...

there is no dishwasher, but its ok, i always do my dishes right after cooking/eating, and i would expect you to do the same.

the rent if $680 for the whole place, so its $340 each, hydro doesn't cost that much, about 20 bucks a month, and tv/highspeed internet is about 70 per month, which also isn't that much.

the place needs a bit of cleaning because my last room mate wasn't exactly an angel, and I am willing to do that this week.

smoking/smoking doobies is fine by me if done on the balcony...
other drugs are your choice... thats why you have a room...

pets are not allowed, neither is loud music late at night... we can't play loud music at all for a little while because the neighbour upstairs just moved out... :devil1:
