WTB: Computer Parts

cpu: 200mhz and up
ram:16mb and up pc100/133
harddrives: 5gb and up
cdroms: 12x speed and up
floppy drives
ethernet cables any length
NIC: 10/100's
video cards: 8mb and up
motherboards: anything

Ill take anything; parts, full towers, whatever as long as they follow the guidlines above. I DO NOT want monitors! I dont intend to pay a price, but if it's worth paying for, i might dish out a couple dollars :p

PS: If anyone knows of such places around vancouver or downtown where you can pick up computer parts like a scrap yard, please inform me. I've heard of a couple places in Calgary, but nothing around here so far.

They have all sortsa cheap used gear. There's usually some interesting stuff in their free pile too (if you're lucky and you get there before the other scavaging nerds).

Prolly not.... LOL..... I don't blame you if you don't.. but they actually have a place called compact computers there...? that is if your looking in that area.....

I have a shitload of stuff of what your looking for that's gathering dust in my rooms.

I have about 14 unused computers, boxes and boxes of parts. RAID cards, sound cards, network cards, and stacks of hardrives. Most are 1.4-4GB, and SCSI.

I'll go through them and see what I may be able to let go.

haha, yes.. i know where chilliwack is. Is this place a computer "scrap yard" or a computer store? I might go check it out next time im there... got a phone number or location? I know how to get around most of chilliwack.

na, only would want a dual layer burner... but i already have one on my lappy so no need.
