Driver, and sound tech wanted. $50-$75 a night or more...

I'm looking for help with MorningGlory Sound& Lighting. Must have own van or covered truck, and have a trusted friend to subcontract work in bigger events. Some heavy lifting, an intuitive nature, basic under standing of electrical power(do you under stand what amps, volts and watts are?) and the ability to learn are needed. But I don't need some one with previous knowledge with sound and stage because I am wiling train.

As an add bonus if you are a DJ it's a good way to get out there a bit and met promoters. But that part is mostly up to you, my job stops once I get you in to the room with them. (well crew is crew, and if you are good you will always have bookings with us when we do our own shows.)

MorningGlory right now is using a 3000w 2over 2over self powered system, good for about 100-150 people. I have 3rd party contacts to do up to 15,000w. Small light tree, But can make up for it on bigger shows with visuals. At this time I do not cover normally TurnTables or Mixers, but with special order we can.

For those who are intrested I helped Crazy Dave this way a few years back. It's a great exp, and your going to learn lots, both about Sound Teching, and throwing parties in general. Plus Crazy dave despite how wierd he sounds online, is a solid sound tech, who gets things done in any situation.

hmmm. I have a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder, it seems to do the trick for about 150 ppl in one load. I have a fair bit of training by some well known live/studio engineers in the city. pm me for a resume.
