700 is actually the going rate for tech 12's now.

Seen it at a few pawn shops for this much.

doode, its $700 for the pair, not each... good luck finding that price at a pawn shop, at least for 2 techs that still have tone arms, lol

If your not a god damn idiot you should be able to. Pawn shops in the downtown core will sell them for $700 each, once you leave the core, you lose those inflated prices.

Pawn shop on 72nd and king george, called golden exchange, currently has techs (as of last tuesday). They sold a pair to a friend for 700 for a pair. They actually get them in pretty regularly, and currently have two in right now for $360 each.

I don't need luck, I know what I'm doing.

Fine then, stay at home and look at this classified section, your sure to find several pairs that went for $800.

The fact is, the djing fad for a lot of people isn't as big as it used to be, thus not as much demand.

As for the tables I described being stolen, probably not, any reputable pawn shop will take the serial numbers and submit them for the police.

Im going to have to agree with Ninjaboy on this one... All you gotta do is look for them.. I found a tech 12 mk3 for $100 once and sold it for $500 in a day.

Here is a pair i found in the buy and sell.. Didnt call it up but it does look like its a pair and for cheaper than what is sold in this post.. I dont mean to knock the post, just making a small point that there are deals everywhere.
