Roommate needed ASAP...

Hey all,

Well due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, there has become an immediate opening at my place for a roommate. Guy or girl, it doesn't matter. You will get a HUGE room with cable. There is internet access in the house. We are close to transit, skytrain, downtown basically everything. Rent is $435/mo plus utilities. The place is available right now to view. We are looking for someone immediately...

Hey, like I said, it is a really nice place and if anyone wants to take a look just give me a holla and you are more than welcome to come by and check it out...It's hard to take good pics when you are holding your computer and webcam at the same time and trying to get a good angle... :)
