Looking for vac/shrd accom in the Van, E.Van, N.BBY area for Oct 1st. $450- $500/mo + share utils. Pref house or bsmnt ste. I don't smoke teh cigarette, I own a pc, drinker, not religious, don't watch much t.v. nocturnal, own a cat (cute as fuck), own vinyl (no equip atm), ft job (m-f), loud music, d&b, hip-hop, dub, quite sociable. willing to negotiate rent. thx in adavance, peace.

im interested for sure :)
ive got comp, xbox, tables (and all necessary equipment to officially pound the shit out of a house).

although im looking to be moving out of my current place. i will help house-hunt, and i would prefer the burnaby area, maybe E-van if its close to the skytrain.
