Hiring: Office Assistant
I wouldn't normally post on FNK - as I wouldn't recommend some of you on here for a position....but the company I am with is in need of an assistant.
Exciting entry-level opportunity for a positive individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, available in our busy Burnaby office!
Excellent English is required along with the ability to handle a very demanding switchboard and outgoing/incoming mail and couriers. Your responsibilities will also include administrative duties such as word processing, basic bookkeeping, purchasing general office supplies, as well as resume processing and administering tests. We need someone with energy, drive, and initiative to join our project-driven enthusiastic team. Must be super friendly, self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. Good computer skills and experience in MS Word and Excel an asset.
This is an entry level position, so even though you may not have a lot of experience, training would be provided. This is a young and dynamic software company. They really have a great staff.
