Professionally made CDs

Hey guys,

I just thought I'd give you guys a heads up.

I just found out that a friend or mine works for a CD printing company Percision Disc. They're prices are cheap and their service is wicked. They are a reputable companya nd my friend is a great guy to deal with.

You can check out the company @ www.predisc.com or contact rob directly at robc@predisc.com or 604-530-0770.

Cheers!

Submitting Your IPR Form

Precision Disc participates in the International Recording Media Association's (IRMA) Anti-Piracy Compliance Program which protects copyright owners from unauthorized reproduction of their property.

A completed Intellectual Property Rights Form (IPR Form) must be submitted with your order to demonstrate that you own the rights or have permission to manufacture the content on your CD or DVD. Please note that your order cannot be manufactured without this form and (if required) necessary licensing. Failure to provide an IPR Form can lead to the delay or cancellation of your project at Precision Disc's discretion.

Shouldn't be a problem...

Demos don't violate the law as long as you don't sell them (your allowed to cover costs).

wel...

in the past ive had to lie to places to say it was 100% my own material in order for them to start duplication.

Just don't sell it like Sean mentioned, well... without giving royalties to the artists!

thanks for the link, checking it out now.

it's no violation if you give proper credits.
On any record you buy, there is info on the back on who you can contact for loyalties or whatever.
it takes an email, and it's free.

I emailed them with a quote this morning... and i still have not had a reply.
what's there to calculate anyways? you have different options right there!!?? can't they do the math automatically? (like when you add Jewel Case... just add an extra 30 cents for each cd if it is more than a 100 quoted) or something like that.

plus, who cares what i do for a living. these things are annoying and should not be in the quote thing. Chances are, the customers are anxious, and won't think twice about taking their business elsewhere if they are frusterated.
