Check out this supplement rating website:
http://www.supplementswinnipeg.com/ratings.html The product that you chose is highly rated on there, so that's cool. And also, anything by the company "GNC" is good - though it costs the most in all stores. Last edited by FireWire; Dec 04, 05 at 11:40 PM. |

Some one on this board has gotta have hookup. My boss knows a sales rep for Bio-X as we buy bars from him and he won't hook me up. My boss has gotta be the biggest loser in the world. He's say how he pays 20 bucks for this and that.I'm looking at it and it's over $50 retail. My boss probly wants to make a profit off me. What a greedy fuck. "Worst boss ever" said Comic Book Guy. |

Fuck Creatine, puts water around your muscles no matter WHAT a salesman or industry funded research will tell you. Doesen't give you the real solid muscle you want. Just work out 4 days a week, 2 different muscle groups each day. Do three or so different exercises per muscle (ex three exercises that work different areas of your pecks). Switch up your routines. Theres tonnes of different methods considering reps and how much weigth. Protein powder and L-Glutamine will do you well. That plus lots of food and drinking massive amounts of water will do you lots of good. Stick with it because this isn't a quick and easy process. Don't listen to people trying to get you to do creatine and that other garbage for a quick fix. This process is gradual and you'll have better results in the end.
Turkey, wild (not farmed) fish, tuna, OJ, 12 grain breads(fuck white bread) that sort of stuff helps a lot. |

I think creatine is a good product to use. Protein and Calories are much much much more important. Even more important then lifting, cause if you don't have the proper nutition going for ya you'll lose mass right? I don't use any "white" products at all. Whole grain all the way=)

if you want to get big...
Diet is important, to start off with. Eat 5 smaller meals a day, high in protein Get a good protein powder... go to popeye's or GNC. Good multi vitamins... animal pack is the best, but GNC mega men's will do Glutamine powder, important to help maintain muscle mass Now killing your body with harsh growth hormones is just stupid. For max results I'd go with a mixture of NO2 and creatine... if you go to GNC the brand is HYPERGROWTH, if you go to Popeye's it's EXPAND. This stuff works GREAT. Back in the spring I was on a big weight lifting craze... hadn't lifted a weight in a good 6 months, my bench was sitting at 265, and my weight was at 190... within 6 weeks, my weight was at 230 and my bench 325... given I had alot of fatty mass, but my arms also grew a good 2 inches, and I had to buy new shirts/jackets because my old ones wouldn't fit due to my shoulders. These products are safe to use, and the biggest neg side effect you'll get is maybe a headache, or acne if you're still young and prone to it. Given you probably won't see similiar results as I did... my weight fluxuates massively.. in 4 months leading after I stopped building up, I lost 50 pounds down to 180, then got lazy and gained 20 pounds in about 6 weeks of fat... sitting at like 200 now.. I'm just like that. You will however notice definite size improvements if you follow these intructions, and have a regimented work out. |

Try a product called Muscle Juice, it really helps put on the weight. I few guys I know that could not put on weight tryed this stuff and in a few weeks of taking this stuff, working out and eating well, they started to gain mass. One of them has put 30 pounds on. You should give it a try, GNC sells it.

It's best to load properly then, cycle your usage so you don't waste your money by using too much. Also expect to drop anywhere up to 5 pounds(mostly water) when you stop using creatine. Popeyes prices are always good, that's where I get whatever I need. |
