Roommate needed in Vic
2 bedroom/2bathroom brand new condo, just a 5 min walk from downtown. It's got 6 new stainless steel appliances (the stove is gas! i love it) hardwoord floors (carpet in bedrooms) fireplace, balcony facing the park and ocean. The living room and kitchen will already be fully furnished, and the building is located next to the Save-on-Foods plaza. (sooo bloody convenient)
Your share of rent would be $700, and this isn't for me, it's my bf's new place. Ideally he'd like someone for Jan 1st, but if not the 15th or even Feb. 1st would be okay.
