right there you say restored
and a different year
you would be surprised how much these cars do actually go for especially if everything is original with matching numbers
thats a rare thing to find these days
most people add some stuff to these cars in some ways decreasing value

regardless, the car is worth no more than 35grand. Trust me, I know, being an owner of a classic car(73 stingray, 454 numbers matching) i know how after market parts etc decrease value. my friend's car is numbers matching, fully restored to original condition.

Dealer's jack up prices on these cars. Eagle Ridge had a 80(I believe it was an 80) vette, restored(leaking like a siv however) with a 350 engine in it... priced at 40grand!!!!! The sales manager admitted to me it wasn't even worth 10, that they just jack the price up like that, because some sucker might come in, having seen one when he was a kid and wanted it ever since, adn buy it.

i never said that price wasnt to high
35 000 no id say worth a bit more, and sadly i do kno a thing or to about classic cars ill thank my ex for that one
obviously the price is put up because its at a dealership but still id say 45-50 000 is a fair market value

yeah. you have no idea what you're talking about.

my father-in-law just bought a mint original '66 Vespa. Mint, original, it's a fucking scooter, and he paid $19,000. He could sell that in with a couple thousand more for your buddy's Camaro.
