Wanna Move into my place? June 1/06

Hello all. Thought I'd give the fnkers a heads up before I post on the craigslist.

My place is pretty nice. It's located in Kits at 8th and Balaclava. The rent is going to be $575 which includes uttilities. I have not decided if I'm going to keep a lan line or just upgrade my cell plan. There will be internet, and I need a roomate that's going to split the cost on that. I'm not very interesed in getting cable. Possible basic cable when the 2006-07 hockey season rolls in I might wanna get basic. I'm a broke ass trying to get back to school so It might not happen. We would be fully furnished. I have furnishing availible if your stuck for shit for your room (queen size futton, and a desk) The room if realitivley small. You can fit a queen size bead, a small dresser a night table,and a desk with comfort. The bathroom is really clean and nice. Great water pressure. There is no laundry on site. You have to take it to the laundry mat,there are two very close by. The closer of the two is a ripp off so I take to the one that's a couple blocks further.

My place is not a party zone. Not always by my choice. I'm 420 friendly but the place isn't. The landlords upstairs arn't down with anykind of smoking in, or even outside. If you have guess over and you smoke cigs it's cool outside. but if your a smoker you can't live here. It's really stupid if you ask me. especialy when you can smell smoke comming from upstairs when the have guest over. There house, there rules I guess. If I wanna puff a j or cigg, I just go for a walk. I like to keep it pretty quite, I'm cool with my place being a pre meet for clubing or whatever once in a while. I don't like loads of peeps hanging out all the time. I'm usually too tired from work to be social all the time. I don't care if you do blow/e/shrooms/lsd/2cb once in awhile (a couple t times a year). I just don't want to see or hear about it ever. If you do jib or any other of that shit, don't apply.

In my spare time I like to work on music ( i monitor with my headphones), play video games, work on fitnness (man I've been slacking), watch tv, and a movie once in a while. Oh, and drink beer. If you don't drink, do not apply. I find people that don't drink just plain strange (current roomie).

ever had a place with shitty water pressure? welecome to kits. Rules suck. I almost don't want to be here myself. It where I'm at and it's alright.
