Wanted: Digital Camera

So, At General Midi on Friday.. our camera went missing. We had it in coat check, went back for it.. it was gone.
Not to sure what happened there... It was early in the night, I don't know.

Anyways, it was not my camera. A friend lent it to us and now I have to replace it. He lent it to me till I could afford one for myself for my website.
So... now I need two digital cameras.

Anyone have any for sale?

I would prefer them to be around...

5 mega pixels
at least 3 x optical zoom X 4 x digital zoom

this totally sucks :(

Why don't you look on:
craigs list
buy sell
ebay
ect.

Not to say that someone is selling your buddies camera, but honestly, if there isnt a post about it, how likely do you think it is that someone will have a camera for sale on here?

If you need to replace a camera and get another one, do your own work and look for it.

I am "doing my own work and looking for it". Maybe someone on here knows someone that wants to get rid of one. I am looking on those sites you listed. I am not finding much. Maybe someone on here works in Camera Sales. Ever think of that!
I wouldn't mind buying one from someone I know. It for sure does not hurt you if I ask; so what is the big deal.

whaaaa! I don't snub people off. Maybe I just didn't recognize you. Sorry, I have never really been the type of person to go up to someone I barley know or someone I just recognize and start a conversation. I wish I did that more, but I don't.
Also, being introduced does not mean I know you. Obviously it doesn't; because you would know I do not snub people off.

This is stupid, I do not want to have this stupid little war with you; all I was looking for was some advice for a camera.

Wow, all this over a digicam post....

Its already been said, but i would check craigslist. I would also not buy a really good camera incase this happens again. Im trying to find a small 2-3mp campera under 100$ to take partying...... that way if somone in coat check "misplaces" it. I wont be (AS) mad.

Yea, but the thing is I need a good one for shows. I am putting together a website and I need good pics for advertising.
But that is a really good idea :)

only 3.2 megapixels but it does have the 3x optical and 4x digital zoom

I have a minolta z5 i'd be let go for $320 (paid around 380 after taxes) with a gig memory stick for another 90$. 5mp. 3x optical, 4x digital zoom. Micro and Macro functions, Full auto and semi manual settings. Does video at 15 or 30 fps. Comes with usb connector and the software program (if i can find it, thought it's not required to upload)Takes sexy pictures.
Throw in 15 dollars for shipping and you've got a deal.

I baught it in the fall, used it at christmas and havn't touched it since.

hmm I dont know if I can afford that much. I have to buy 2 remember. uuughh this totally sucks. lol. i was saving to get my licence back, now its all going to digital cameras... lol. its f*ck'd up.

im willing to let it go for a little bit cheaper considering i lost the charger for it but i know you can order a new charger from the source or any other electronics store....if youre interested i can go grab a charger for you
