Now hiring! Customer service/call centre!

Hey all! Need some money for the summer? All those shows coming up are expenisve! Well my company is hiring a bunch of customer service staff for their call centre. Starts @ $12-13/hour, with benefits after 6 months includng medical, dental, eye wear, etc.

Located downtown on Howe St in a great area, the building has a full lounge, eating area with tv's foos ball, computers, phones, dishwasher, and the best part is there's a full gym with onsite personal trainers, yoga classes, etc. All free! And no stuffy dress code!

If you have any customer service / call centre / sales experience, this is a great place to work! No catches, no cold calling, no telemarketing.

Starts as part time, but right now our part timers are working 30-40 hours per week so you'll get lots of hours.

Well, full time works 40 hours too, but the 'part timers' are working pretty much the same amount of hours as the full timers. Sorry I didn't make that more clear.

Yep, I did. They hire people all the time and strangly enough it's not because of a high turn-over rate like most call centres.. they're growing so fast they always need new CS agents to handle new business. There are companies that actually study our company to find out why we have such a low turn-over as matter of fact.

The company deals with a wide range of telecommunication services, including personals, b2b and teleconfrencing services. Also just starting into ring tone and cell phone services as well.

There are so many big things on the horizion for this company, they have been voted 'call centre of excelence' by Perdue University, also voted Entreprenuer of the year in BC numerous times. And most recently voted Company of the Year by the BC Technology Industries Association.

Sorry not sure exactly what you mean by private or public company?

As in how's it's traded? Privately, i'd assume. Don't quote me on that though.

[edit] there are sales positions available as well, as I've seen on here lots of people seem very happy with their sales experiences with you so that's another route you could take here..

what kind of products do they provide? is it just hourly or do they have bonus incentives as well.

Products and services are described above and include telecommunications, personal and teleconfrencing services. The only 'products' per say is the teleconfrencing equiptment. All customer service positions are hourly + bonus + commission (once again, no cold calling or telemarketing)

I promise it's not one of those crappy telemarketing scam (make $120,000 this year!!) type things. This is a totally legit business that has won many awards for it's services, technology and developement.
