That's pretty seckzie - my Audigy2 has called it quits on me for some reason (random noise in left channel when recording and playing back) and I would be interested in something like this...

The only thing dude... if I don't like it, can you take it back? Because I'm very picky about sound cards and I don't want to make a purchase that I won't be able to return.

I can come over and help you set it up and test it but I'm a little hesitant to take it back after a couple days because I'm planning on buying my new interface as soon as I get the money :) I'm thinking of tossing it up on ebay in the next couple days too.

But if you want me to bring it past your place to test it for a few hours, that isn't a problem.

yup I've used it on a G4 tower for quite some time. The only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I'm buying the 17" macbook pro in the next couple of weeks. I need a firewire interface.

Didn't you just buy a macbook? or do you have a tower as well? This is a PCI audiocard.
