Seeking Roomate ASAP

i'm posting this for my good friend natalie as her roomate is taking off on her due to a bad financial situation she got herself into...

it's a bright 3rd storey apartment in the west end, 2 blocks from english bay (and right across the street from me! :))
you get a large bedroom, shared bathroom, free cable, and natalie is an amazing cook.
she works late nights at a lounge but is a responsible and respectful person so even if you had opposing schedules it would work as long as you treated her with the same.

she would ideally like to live with another female or a gay male.
immature horndogs and lazy pigs need not apply.

rent is $610 /month.

hey im not a gay or have anything against it. but i do have a girlfiriend and it is going good for us. But the situation is i need to find a place or a roommate. In the same area, Im 24 recpectable easy going polite male. And would really like more on this place!
