Condition is about 9/10 with a minior scratch on the front. (pics can be provided later)

This is for Telus. There is no amount owed on account so that means you can jsut bring phone in and switch it onto your account.

everything worked great, i switched it to my account and still worked. i plugged it in to my computer and...... jum error 102. now nothing works, my comp won't establish a connection, and i can't even make a phone call. anyone had this happen to them? any solutions?

try popping the battery and reinserting it. if that doesn't work, see if you can reinstall the software. telus should be able to tell you where to get it.

call telus. that shouldnt of happened as the phone was always working previously. call telus etc... keep me posted on what happens

after talking to tech support all day, we came to the conclusion that our palm pilot and the blackberry crossed files, and reset the bb to recieve as the palm pilot would. i have to take it to the telus store and they'll re-configure it.

is there still warranty on the phone?
basically the only means of salvation from this eviL "JVM ERROR 102"
i tried all the options, and nothings worked. I searched to see if anyone else had this problem and they all had to get a new phone

i've fixed problems like this one before. try downloading the 7250 software from https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...E607FE7CC0E1A0.

then follow these upgrade instructions with that software. http://vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry...tructions.html. you can probably skip to step four. that should reinstall the os.
