I don't necessarily think it gives girls the right to dress slutty. I think there is a difference between sexy and slutty, and some girls just want to look hot in something cute that they only get to wear once a year. however, lingere is in no way a halloween costume...actually going in a costume is much better.

i don't see dressing up in costume as slutty. prancing around in straight up lingerie (especially when they're underaged) is gross, boring and well.. horribley overdone.
