Military coup in Thailand

Apparently a military coup is underway the capital has been shut down martial law is in effect and the constitution has been suspended...

Thailand emergency as tanks roll in

Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra has declared a national state of emergency after tanks surrounded government buildings in Bangkok. At least 20 soldiers have entered Government House in the Thai capital in what appears to be an attempted military coup. Visiting the United Nations in New York, Shinawatra said he had removed the head of the armed forces and ordered troops not to act illegally. The Reuters news agency said there have been widespread rumours of an impending coup in Thailand, which last experienced a military takeover 15 years ago.

i was in thailand 2 years ago....looks like i was 2 years too early.

i would of loved to be in bangkok for this.....

I can understand the PM from being thrown out of office but when it comes down to a military coup where the general of the military is now taking control.... then thats just plain scary...

cute. but seriously. actually look at that original site you posted. ugly as all hell. takes 1 hour of work to make templates that would actually look decent and not make me want to be colour blind.

nah, should be okay over here. eyes are dry, nose doesn't run. i just fail to understand how someone could seriously design a site as ugly as that (same as the MAWO site but i told fable about that ages ago) and then be done with it. is decent web design sense really *that* lacking?

Apperently web designers are as bad as graphic designers.

Its matter of time man, and there isnt enough of it. Now that Im done school Im going to try to get to a revamp, but I also have my own site to launch, as well as a label site for a freind and supporter of mawo.

The people who do take care of the site fit the time to do such in between a job, school and political work 24/7. They learned how to hand code on their own, and sustain the site mainly as an information source, and have to sacrifice the aesthetics for utilitarian need.

No css up in the place yet!
