Cheep Hotels in Whistler...

I was wondering if anyone would recommend any good cheep hotels up in Whistler...

I’m going up with a few friends next weekend and I’m trying to find them some suitable but cheep accommodations.

Last year I told my parents I didn’t want anything for xmas. Instead of getting me stupid shit I don’t need they made a donation to Varity Children’s Charity at one of their silent auctions. In return I got a free two night stay at the Delta Whistler Inn… If worst comes to worse and I can’t find any good cheep hotels for my friends we might all have to squish into one room… Which I really don’t want to do…

So any suggestions???

look online, and order online, it's usually cheaper then phoning the hotels and booking through there.

also hotels just outside the village are always cheaper aswell. Check the entertainment book if you have one, or any coupon books like it.. they have discounted rooms.

Good Luck.

I really wish I could frolic on the mountain this year. = ) havn't been in a long time.

there's always the hostel on the far side of alta. listel usually has some cheap prices but the best bet is trying to find online bookings for condos down in creekside / bayshores.

justShell is on a distinguished road
i stayed in a lodge called the tantalous (sp?) a few years ago. its a good place to go with a bunch of people becuase they have multiple room suites and kitchenettes. its about a 5 minute walk out of the village so its not a bad price.

What exactly are you looking for? I work for Intrawest so I can check on rates tomorrow at work if you give more info like dates, how many people.
We don't have rates for hostels though if you are looking for dirt cheep. But some inexpensive ones would be (for hotel rooms) Listel, Coast, Whistler Village inn and suites, Executive. ( condo's ) Tantalus, holiday inn, Glaciers reach (must be 25 to book though) and Glacier Lodge.
