He explains later on that after doing all the cleaning he was paying like 50$ a month for rent. So he barricaded his side of the studio and was fine with it....until shit started getting bad.

I read the whole thing.

This almost seems like a big joke.

However, there are people like that.

Yes, at times it seems outrageous and fake, but he always provides answers later on that reassure you it's real. If it's fake, this dude tells a really good story and should write comedy (or horror) films for a living.
