Has the battle of the Northwest lost so much that it doesn't even spark any interest at all anymore? Surprised no one has made a thread for this yet... thanksgiving or not.

Not sure if this rivalry will be anything like the ones in the past since both teams have offensively downsized, but the Canucks seem to be holding it together well so far.

Colorado is off to a shakey back to back o.t losses in their first two games.

really frustrating to watch, how hard is it to avoid penalties? i played 8 yrs of ice hockey and I didn't find it very hard to play by the fuckin rules. sure you gotta take em here and there, but its like every 5 minutes we are taking another ridiculous offensive or central zone penalty.
