Loved it. I noticed the pasta was more conservative with the sauce which made it better. I love the various bruschetta platters you could get with the pomodori, proschutto and the olive paste. I had to really look around for a good Pasta place away from the tourist centres though. Some of the pizza places in trastevere were amazing, nice light thin crust.
Probably my favourite thing was brunello di montalcino vino rosso though. I haven't even been able to find it out here.
I loved the little day markets you could find walking out of piazza bologna near policlinico in Rome or in Campo di fiori. Some of the freshest vegetables i've ever tried. Garlic was very good out there too.
