Being tired.
Has anyone else found themselves ridiculously tired lately?
I have, I mean there's been lots going on in my life as of late in all parts of the spectrum, and I do find myself just go - go - going more than usual. But honestly I'm so fucking tired. I wake up i'm tired, during the day i'm tired, evening time i can barely keep my eyes open, but I still treck along do all my projects and what not. I know the safe thing to say is to get some rest. But what if you just dont have time to stop? *sigh* anyone else feel like this? |

probably has to do the change of hours in a day of lightness, days are getting shorter and our bodies have a rough time adjusting I notice it gets pretty bad in the weeks just before daylight savings begins and ends because the time is so out of whack, right now it's getting light very early and getting dark around 7 o'clock which is weird because it wakes us up early and makes us tired early, when the daylight savings hits you'll probably notice a difference with how exhausted you feel.
just like in spring just before daylight savings ends, it starts to get light insanely early in the morning and stays light late for what we're used to. |

It's seasonal, life seems to pick up a bit in the winter and it's not so chill like in the summer for the most part. I know my life has been go go go lately and I have been very tired, yet here I am at 1:30 at night posting on FNK because when I do want to go to bed, I can't turn off my brain. I hear you on being tired. I find also the more sleep I get, the more I seem to feel I need throughout the day. Ah winter... it's here!

I have this problem all the time even in the summer so it's not really seasonal for me. Sometimes i counteract with lots of tea, coffee and energy drinks which can leave you burnt out even more.
The best way to remedy this for myself is to exercise and to take a positive perspective on things. |

Was sick all week , didn't sleep at all yesterday , went to work at 5pm , got off at 5:30 am , just got home from the gym, and for some reason i'm not tired. Some weeks i'll get a solid 8 hours every night , and be tired all the time. Go figure.

It's seasonal...your body is telling you that you should be asleep when it's dark out. Hence harder to wake up in the morning. I am usually really energetic but yea, the last week and a half or so I can barely keep my eyes open at work and my workouts SUCK ASS!!! I recommend an energy drink part way through the day...it helps alot I find...It will also be better when we set our clocks back an hour...Oct 29th...that extra sleep will do you good.

omg i totally forgot.. yay looking forward. the only time throughout the day when i'm not tired is when something exciting happens, i see a friend, all of a sudden decide to start dancing for no reason, anything.. for that brief amount of time, i have all the energy in the world. but mornings suck. an hour into my day sucks. at three i'm dying cuz the last two hrs of work take forever. the walk home gives me a burst. i get home want to relax and do nothing....but no...... there's always SOMETHING! if its not projects, its friends, if its not friends i want to get organized.. ahh it never ends! where has all my summertime lazy time gone?! |
