HELP! I need a new hairstylist!

The one i use to go to doesn't cut hair anymore :( Im looking for a young hairstylist who is not afraid to give suggestions, and doesnt cost an arm and a leg!

I just tried to make an appointment with my stylist yesterday, and she has moved salons and they don't know where she is now working! eep!

I left her a msg on her cell, hopefully she gets back to me soon, at which point in time I will point you in her direction!

Samantha at Salon 91 (in New West) is amazing. She's young and a total riot. It's really cheap too (less than $60 for the whole deal: shampoo, cut, style, blow dry). And if you tell her Delia sent you, you will probably get a 30% discount!!

I left min in Toronto... she was amazing... my age, totally knows about maintianing the vibrant reds/vilots and what worked best with my naturally curly hair... everything, she was incredible... I have nothing out here... keep the suggestions coming!

Melissa Leduc at Opus Salon is absolutely amazing. I don't have a clue what the costs are though, cuz she was dating my half brother when she did my hair and she did it for free. :)
I've been super lazy and haven't gotten my hair cut and styled in ages. I should really make an appointment with her again soon.

When I'm over on the island I always go see my cousin though, she was my hairstylist for quite a few years- never left with a bad cut. :)

OMG this is bad lol only 2 people with hairstylists and the rest are in need! if this keeps up it looks like european's hairstylist might get my business...haha

It's typical of a Yaletown salon I guess, about $60 tax-in, but she's AMAZING. If you give her even a vague outline of what you want, she'll give you the best haircut EVAR.

I've been going to her for 6 years and she's given me everything from 1" spikes to longer-than-shoulder-length layers. I trust her implicitly, as do MANY of the other FnK members.

i havn't had to pay for a haircut, colour or anything in a long time.. horray for having a harstylist girlfriend :D

I have the best stylist in the world!

But she's in Surrey, she's not young, and she doesn't speak english very well. She charges an arm and a leg at the salon she works at, but she also has a salon in her home and a cut, full head of highlights, blow dry and style for $90!!!
